Treat your Employees Right !!!

Employees are our greatest asset. Then why do most companies treat employees poorly? Any strategy or business plan relies on motivated and engaged people to make it happen. Disengaged employees can cost companies millions of dollars from lost productivity, damages from employee negligence and negative publicity due to poor customer service.
Many organizations treat their employees as if they are a commodity. They use them until they can get no more out of them, and then cast them aside. This leads to poor morale, lower productivity, and higher turnover. Your employees are your most valuable asset. Don't take them for granted or treat them poorly. They use your internal tools and systems and interact with customers. They are your best brand ambassadors. Loyalty is a two-way street. You can't buy loyalty, but you can certainly foster and nurture it. Employees who have been pushed to the point where they no longer care, will not go the extra mile. They will not take the initiative to solve problems.

Treat Your Employees Right !

-Promote and support work/life balance.
-Create opportunities for growth and development.
-Recognize Employees' efforts and accomplishments.
-Don't micromanage - Trust employees and grant them autonomy.
-Provide adequate training and support.
-Show Empathy - Show employees that you genuinely care.
-Open Communication - Communicate honestly with employees and welcome feedback.

Employees spend half of their lives at work. They are not asking for much. Employees want to work in an environment where they are valued. Sometimes it's the little things you do, that counts the most. It's the simple things people remember. The simple gesture, the kind word, the much-needed support. It comes from putting people first. A little respect and empathy goes a long way. If you want to get the best out of your employees - Treat them well!

Jo mil jaayen tumko meri baaton ke jawabaat
To phir tu zara sa kaam kar
Mujhe khud mai talash kar !!
Mujhe khud mai talash kar !!

Yunhi ranjisho mai guzar gaye,
Kabhi wo khafa, kabhi main khafa.
Chahato ke mod par,
kabhi main ruki, kabhi wo ruka.
wahi raaste wahi manzile,
Na use khabar na mujhe pata.
Bas apni apni ana main gum,
kabhi wo juda kabhi main juda.

Nazar jab usse milti thi, main khud ko bhool jati thi,
Bas ek dhadkan dhadakti thi, main dil ko bhool jati thi.
Use milne se pehle main bohat sajti sanwarti thi,
Magar jab wo sanwarta tha main khud ko bhool jati thi.
Main aksar ye hi kehti thi main tumse pyar karti hoon,
Magar jab wo ye kehta tha, main duniya bhool jati thi.

My Dearest Love

I see you in my thoughts and dreams,
When I awake, how real it seems.
You are not here to comfort  me,
But soon I hope you will be.

No one truly knows or understands;
You have my heart in your hands.
My love is what you truly own.
Come soon and make our house a home.

Inside those walls you are doing your time,
Not being here with me is your only true crime.
Others in your life will come and go,
But my love is true, and I am sure you know.

I may not be rich or the prettiest one,
but I love you so much; You are my sun.
You light up my life every time you call,
when the time is up, I begin to fall.

You are my star, you are my moon,
Being with you will come very soon.
So when you sleep, take this to heart,
No one or nothing will keep us apart.

Google Map: The Recruiter has to be a google map who knows the distance between one place to another place, travel time and the cost. Also, he/she has to analyze whether candidate will come for the interview or will join after the selection.
A Lawyer: The Recruiter should have the expertise in defending himself/herself, as many times we come across the situations wherein,he/she has to defend from the candidates and the organization for each backed off, delay in process, commitments which he/she has given to a candidate.
Bus Conductor: A recruiter is also like bus conductor, whose responsibility is to sell the tickets to candidates and the organization to reach their respective destination and to achieve their goals.

It's true the moment I saw you, i knew you were the one. Your heart was fire, like magic, an arrow shot from a gun. Your eyes, ...
